I know what you mean about feeling like the "routine" isn't interesting enough to write about; I feel that way myself sometimes. Doesn't mean that interesting things don't happen, but so much happens in a day that it's surprisingly easy to forget details.

I love sweet potatoes! I haven't ever thought about putting taco ingredients on them (I have them with butter and cinammon usually) but that sounds delicious. You're right, that photo makes it look like a (tasty) longboat! :D

I'm sorry about your husband's drinking. I have personal experience with more than one family member who does that... it isn't easy. *hugs to you*
